Ravenwood Property Owners Association
Annual dues are $100.00 for home owners
and $60 for lot owners for January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
(The dues provides funding for budget year 2025.)
These dues are used for the maintenance of the front entrance:
*Annual mulching of the six tree beds and trimming shrubs
*Mowing, edging, weeding and clean-up every two weeks
*Power for the entrance street light
*Annual Mailings/newsletter
*Our Post Office Box 464
*Website hosting & domain name: RavenwoodForest.org
