Ravenwood Forest Association
Annual Association dues continue at $50 for home owners and $30 for lot owners for the Association Year January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018.
These modest dues are used for neighborhood maintenance items such as these ongoing expenses:
*Front entrance area mowing, mulching, shrubs
*Entrance street light
*Annual Mailings/newsletter
*Website hosting & domain name renewal
